What to know before booking...

I am so happy you are thinking of booking with me! I want you to know that your hair is as important to me as are you. During a service with me, your hair comes first. I will always be there with open communication on any questions, comments or concerns you have about your hair, as well as be an open ear to talk to. 

When choosing to book with me I want you to feel completely comfortable and confident that I can provide the hair of your dreams.

Policies + Procedures

Booking + Deposits

In order to book an appointment with me, you are required as a new guest to fill out my new guest form, do an in person/online consultation, as well as put down a $50 deposit to hold your appointment that will go towards the total of your appointment.  Your card will be kept on file in case of cancellations or no-shows to protect my business.

Late Arrivals

In order to respect the time of both my clients and myself, I ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be imposed with a 20$ fee and clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appoimtment and be rescheduled.

Cancellations

I completely understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, I simply ask you to notify me of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations that are made within that 48 hour time frame will be charged to the card on file for 50% of the service.

No-Shows

In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed a fee worth 100% of the missed service which will be charged to your card on file. Moreover, booking your next visit will require paying an unreturnable deposit worth 25% of the service you want to book. Two or more missed appointments equal no longer being able to book with me.

Health History

For your comfort and safety, please notify me if you have allergies, physical issues, or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the service please let me know immediately. Also, if you feel sick or have been exposed to anything that is contagious please let me know 48 hours prior to your appointment so that you can be rescheduled.

Service Guarantee + Refunds

Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are not content, please let me know during your service or within 5 days after your service has been performed. I am committed to making any needed corrections.

Right to Refuse Service

I have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
